yoga2go offers several options to connect to my yoga service.  I would like to assist with your health and mobility at your convenience.

Yoga for Older Adults

Created to increase mobility, stamina and vitality. The interactive class will be tailored for the participants, addressing health concerns to improve their quality of life. Participants are guided through the postures, using props if required to ensure stability and alignment, each class ends with a relaxation pose.

  • Public Group Classes Weekly, registered public classes are available at TheYogaSpace and Creekside Community Centre.  Click corresponding centre to see schedule and location.

  • Virtual Classes Weekly class,  a code is provided after pre-payment and the free app downloaded onto your chosen device.  Great option for pandemic or if you can’t get out.

A Conscious Walk in Nature

Nature can be a portal to the present moment.  Weather permitting, a walk through beautiful green spaces of the city taking time to stretch, breathe, meditate and connect with the energy of nature.  Contact me directly for date, time, location.  Must be able to walk independently, no yoga experience necessary. 

Sport Conditioning

A 90 minute practice tailored to your sport, designed to balance with existing training to enhance player performance.  Expect individual correction and adjustments as necessary.  Available for groups or one on one consultation.

Private Instruction

Your focus, your convenience.  Your private instruction includes assessment as well as recommendations, photos may be  provided.
